Andrey Dashkov is a seasoned Chartered Financial Analyst with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Finance. Andrey has been working with Casey Research for over a decade where he was an editor and oversaw two flagship model portfolios. His career also included working as a senior analyst at Mauldin Economics and working in a research role at Raymond James where he assisted a team of top-performing financial advisors in managing a $250-million discretionary investment portfolio.

Andrey in his Financial Star newsletter covers everything from general market sentiment to small and large cap stocks. He believes that returns can be life changing for investors if guided by the correct principals and research.

Amrit has passed all three levels of the CFA Program, and may be awarded the charter upon completion of the required work experience.

Amrit Chandi has worked with the Beedie Endowment Asset Management, which is the largest undergraduate run investment portfolio in Canada. After graduating he passed all three CFA exams and started with Deloitte which is a boutique corporate financial advisory firm in Vancouver where he worked primarily on financial advisory and transaction services for the metals and mining sector. He now balances his time between Spain for work and Vancouver, where his family lives.
